Here is a calculator to give you a guideline for sizing a bag to be used
as a can liner. There are two types of can liners one will line the can
with aprox. 4" of over hang. The other will allow you to tie the bag off (if
you have a tendency to over fill the can liners you might want to add a
few more inches to the length). All measurements are in inches.
